I have only seen the property and it's beautiful. Worth having a birthday bash or any party with close friends.
But yes, what I feel is that it's better to take water and food with you as there's nothing nearby.
Kindly do not trust the photos of this villa. Pathetic experience ever. Villa felt like it was closed since months. swimming pool was stinking. Toilets in their worst condition. All rooms had lizards, cockroaches and bats. No inhouse facilities like hand wash, drinking water. If you ask for plates, the give you unhygienic dishes. Irresponsible caretakers and owner. They told us you don't always get villa as shown in picture, its not our fault. we will clean pool by morning. overall vibe is disgusting. I suggest don't waste your money, look for other options. Don't even dare to come with children and ladies. It will be the most uncomfortable for them for sure. We reached this villa at 9 p.m. and after that we experienced all this. Fortunately we found a hotel in city centre and stayed there.

+Ve side: Great view from villa..at the edge of mountain. Infrastructure is good.
-ve side: Unhygiene place to live, toilets were uncleaned, lots of insects lizards, no pleasant smell in entire building, lawn & pool not maintained well, no utensils in kitchen, no tv, no drinking water, no security guards, the dishes they metioned were not available. It is completely different than what we see on google.

The scenario was very different which was shown in the images.There were no clean tidy rooms,beds,swimming pool,toilets,utensils,microwave,etc.
There was no drinking water facility available which is a basic need.
Bats were having a good time in the bedrooms,whereas spiders were chilling in the blankets.There's alot to say but one thing is crystal clear that the villa is not habitable or a good place for staycation we can say.Also there were no games like carrom,pool table,cards,etc, which are a by default at any villa.Kindly do not book this Villa if you want to visit our Lovely Chattrapati Sambhaji Nagar.
This house looks very good and beautiful ONLY from the outside.
There is absolutely no cleanliness inside.
Unwashed stinky bed sheet, unmopped floor and even unmaintained swimming pool. Feels like They havent touched the water from few years. Literally brown in colour..
And the property price vooohh skyrocketing.
Please do not book this house.

One of the worst experiences
Unprofessional owner, not responding to the calls after booking. No cleanliness, ugly washroom, there were cockroaches in the house. Neither the A/C was working nor the water was clean in the pool. Had to thank the staff n local guy who took effort to do the basic arrangements. Else it's just a waste of time and money. Would never recommend this place. Mood spoiler waste of money
There are various other options available in the city with much better facilities

Worst experience I ever had , all rooms where unclean, swimming pool was dirty. There was not clean utensils in kitchen. Outdoor space was not maintaine as shown in photos .
Care taker of villa was not taking any responsibility.
Road condition to visit villa is also not good
Please don't visit this villa ,is not same as shown in photos .
